Gold Group in Barking, Essex is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to oversee electrical and building services on site. You will supervise mechanical, electrical and building trades staff and specialist contractors, planning and monitoring work to meet quality, cost and service targets.

The role requires supervising teams, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate records, with opportunities for development and training. A competitive package is offered.

• Experience supervising mechanical, electrical and building services teams.
• Strong planning, allocation and monitoring of work to meet targets.
• Able to learn CAFM systems and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical, electrical and building trades staff and contractors.
• Plan, allocate and monitor work to ensure quality, cost and service targets.
• Liaise with clients, manage materials and services, and maintain accurate work records.
• Support emergency responses and staff development, ensure safe working practices.
