Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join an FM service provider on an education contract in Barking, Essex. You will lead on-site electrical maintenance across two nearby sites and ensure compliance, safety and engineering standards are consistently delivered.

You will manage the engineering team, oversee PPM and reactive works, review RAMS and Permits to Work, and coordinate with the client and subcontractors to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within a building services environment.
Experience in FM/building services, ideally education sector.
Experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site electrical maintenance across two Barking sites.
Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
Review RAMS and issue Permits to Work.
Manage specialist electrical subcontractors and report progress.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulations.
