Job summary

Equans is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital in North London. This full-time role involves supervising maintenance teams and contractors and delivering high-standard M&E services.

You will plan and oversee planned maintenance, allocate work, monitor performance, maintain records and use maintenance data systems. A 24/7 on-call rota and strong health & safety commitment are required.

• Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Skilled in planning and monitoring planned maintenance work.
• Competent at using maintenance data systems and preparing risk assessments.

• Supervise water management systems, internal fabric team, and specialist contractors.
• Manage planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion.
• Plan and oversee work schedules ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Allocate work promptly to meet client satisfaction and performance targets.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate work records and manage material orders.
• Liaise with clients and resolve any issues.
• Complete risk assessments and operate maintenance data systems.
• Support emergency response and participate in on call rota.
• Assist with staff training, investigations, and cover for colleagues as needed.
