Spencer Ogden is seeking a Site Manager for electrical and mechanical construction projects in Scotland to ensure NG compliance and safe delivery of works. You will lead site operations, supervise supervision teams and work fronts, and coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and other site teams.

You will monitor project quality, programme and budget, and ensure works are delivered safely and to required standards.

Formación

• Proven site management experience
• Electrical or mechanical background
• Experience in power generation, oil & gas, or major construction projects
• Strong knowledge of NG standards and compliance
• Strong H&S awareness and site management experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead site operations and manage supervisors and work fronts
• Ensure compliance with H&S, RAMS, permits, and site reporting requirements
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other site teams
• Monitor project quality, programme, and budget
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards
