Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Regional Manager to lead multi-site maintenance contracts across Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will drive safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of PPM and reactive works, while managing teams and regional budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and a proven track record in M&E facilities management, with a full UK driving licence and excellent client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade.
• HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or equivalent management experience.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing multi-site M&E facilities maintenance contracts.
• Proven experience managing Facilities Managers, supervisors, and engineering teams.
• Experience managing contract budgets, regional P&L, and gross margins.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including gas safety, electrical compliance, fire systems, and water hygiene.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

M+E Regional Manager required for our client, an established engineering and facilities management company providing mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance services across industrial, commercial, retail, warehouse, food production, and education sectors. The M+E Regional Manager will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance contracts across the region. The role will involve managing Facilities Managers, supervisors, and engineers, overseeing regional budgets and profitability, maintaining statutory compliance, and developing strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-site M&E maintenance contracts, with responsibility for operational performance, health and safety, financial management, and business development.

M+E Regional Manager Position Requirements

• Circa £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary, reviewed annually
