Job summary

Equans is seeking a driven M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Manchester team on a full‑time permanent basis. You will manage contract commercial governance, risk, and revenue across Lifecycle Works within the MJH contract.

The role requires degree or diploma in Law or QS, ideally RICS, strong communication, financial acumen, and MS Office proficiency. We offer a competitive salary, company car, bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Law or Quantity Surveying.
• Understanding of base UK construction law.
• Ideally a member or training to be member of RICS.
• Excellent communication and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor and report on risks.
• Support management of risks at all levels (operational, financial, commercial).
• Manage variation/change control to capture revenue.
• Repository for confidential/commercial information and governance.
• Provide day-to-day commercial support to project teams.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
