Job summary

Irwin M&E is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial oversight on live projects within the Projects Division - Mechanical & Electrical. You will work with contract teams and IME colleagues to ensure timely valuations, variations and contract administration.

The role offers a path for growth with ongoing training, and requires strong communication, IT skills (Excel) and a willingness to develop within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in monthly valuations and producing accurate measurements.
• Ability to prepare variations and manage change control.
• Knowledge of contract administration and sub-contractor orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valuations, variations and contract notices for live projects.
• Prepare sub-contractor orders and liaise with supply chain.
• Support monthly contract reporting and forecasting with Contract Managers.
