Job summary

Avolon M&E is recruiting a dedicated M&E Quality Assurance Engineer for rail and infrastructure projects across West London locations. You will be on-site, ensuring M&E installations meet project specs and quality standards, while coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to drive handover readiness.

Ideal candidates have M&E/building services QA/QC experience, familiarity with ITPs, inspections and NCRs, and a strong eye for documentation. Rail project exposure is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E/building services QA/QC.
• Experience with ITPs, inspections, NCRs and handover documentation.
• Rail industry experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E quality assurance processes on site.
• Review and maintain ITPs and quality documentation.
• Carry out inspections of mechanical and electrical installations.
• Identify, record and manage defects and NCRs.
• Ensure installations align with drawings, specs and standards.
• Maintain inspection and test records.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Support snagging, completion and handover activities.
• Assist with testing and commissioning documentation.
