SES Engineering Services in Oxford is seeking an ambitious M&E Project Surveyor to join our Central team working on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects around Oxfordshire.

You will take ownership for pre- and post-contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting, with full accountability for your own work packages and collaboration with customers and specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in development and implementation of pre- and post-contract commercial strategies and contract reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project commercial strategies and manage your own subcontract packages.
• Maximise project cashflow through effective commercial management.
• Assist with tender enquiries, package reconciliations and subcontract final accounts while coordinating with the Commercial Lead.
