ERP Limited is seeking a Building Services Surveyor (M&E) to support mobilisation of prestigious commercial contracts across London and the M25. You will carry out asset verification and survey work on HVAC, mechanical and electrical services.

The role suits engineers with a mechanical or electrical background in commercial building services maintenance or facilities management, offering £47,000, travel expenses, 25 days leave, a pension, laptop and mobile, and standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset or condition surveys and maintenance inspections.
• Background in commercial building services/FM/M&E maintenance.
• Ability to identify lifecycle and compliance issues.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out asset verification and condition surveys across commercial contracts.
• Produce and maintain M&E asset registers.
• Identify defects, compliance issues and maintenance requirements.
• Review O&M manuals, logbooks and statutory compliance records.
• Assist with mobilisation and onboarding of new client sites.
• Support PPM schedules and asset strategies.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, site teams and operational managers.
• Record survey information on CAFM and internal systems.
• Produce technical reports and recommendations.
• Survey a range of HVAC, mechanical and electrical building services equipment.

Looking to move away from the tools and into a specialist technical role?

We are recruiting for a Building Services Surveyor (M&E) to join a growing Facilities Management provider supporting the mobilisation of prestigious commercial building contracts across London and the M25.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically or electrically qualified engineer with a background in commercial building services maintenance, technical services or facilities management who is looking to utilise their technical knowledge in a surveying and mobilisation-focused position.

The Role
