Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager in Central London to lead on-site capital projects for a premier corporate client. You will oversee projects across a range from £25k to £3m, with a technical FM background preferred and strong coordination with engineering and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Recognised FM trade background (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Experience in facilities management with project delivery.

• Manage capital projects on-site for the client.
• Coordinate with facilities management teams and contractors.
• Deliver projects from small to large scopes (£25k–£3m) and ensure on-time completion.

Salary - £65,000 + £5,100 Car Allowance & 20% Bonus

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

In this role you will be responsible for managing capital projects on-site for the client. We're looking for someone who has a technical FM background due to the demands of the site or someone familiar with FM projects within the industry with some technical knowledge. Projects can range anywhere from £25k-£3m so we will be happy to consider someone with a mixture of small or large works background. Experience/Qualifications required for a Project Manager:

• A recognized FM trade background such as Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC
• 18th Edition/C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation (if electrical)
• C&G Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing (if Mechanical)
• Previous project management experience within facilities management
