You will oversee projects across a range from £25k to £3m, with a technical FM background preferred and strong coordination with engineering and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Recognised FM trade background (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Experience in facilities management with project delivery.
• Ability to manage capital projects on-site and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects on-site for the client.
• Coordinate with facilities management teams and contractors.
• Deliver projects from small to large scopes (£25k–£3m) and ensure on-time completion.
