Job summary

JLL is seeking personnel for on-site maintenance roles in Berkshire. The role involves maintaining QHSE documentation, coordinating reactive repairs and planned maintenance for M&E systems, and ensuring safety and quality in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QHSE documentation using JLL systems (e.g. Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks).
• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) for M&E systems.
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed, in line with Service Level Agreements.
