Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is seeking an empowered M&E Operation Supervisor to keep events running smoothly and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be a visible, hands-on leader during busy event periods, driving customer care and operational excellence across all M&E activities.

You will manage staffing levels for upcoming events, collaborate with the F&B team when needed, and build strong relationships with event organisers and hotel departments

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and multi-task in a fast-paced events setting.
• Strong relationship-building with organisers and hotel departments.
• Excellent customer care and hands-on operation management.

Responsibilities
