Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and deliver guests a five-star drinks experience in our vibrant Brighton hotel. You will supervise the F&B operation, mix cocktails and mocktails, inspire the crew, share local knowledge, and ensure exceptional service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar supervision and delivering five-star guest service.
• Ability to multitask and manage busy bar environments.
• Excellent knowledge of drinks, cocktails and mocktails.
