Job summary

McGregor Boyall is recruiting a Mechanical and/or Electrical Estimator to join our London team. The ideal candidate is an experienced estimator seeking progression or a senior estimator able to manage tenders independently.

The role involves reviewing drawings, performing detailed take-offs, pricing mechanical/electrical packages, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors through the tender process. A strong MEP background and hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electrical estimating within building services or MEP sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and installation methods.
• Ability to interpret drawings, complete take-offs and build up detailed costs.

The Ideal Candidate needs to be a hands-on, technically strong individual who can take ownership of the estimating process and understands the practicalities of delivering building services works safely, efficiently and commercially on site.
