Job summary

Liverpool Street M&E Engineer role is based in a high-profile commercial environment. You will join an established facilities team of 4–5 engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the tenant side of the building.

The role requires a slight electrical bias with strong building services knowledge. You will work Monday–Friday, with a typical 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm schedule and a 1 in 4 call-out pattern with £100 standby pay weekly.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 engineering qualification.
• 18th Edition electrical qualification.
• Commercial FM / building services experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• General mechanical maintenance.
• Lighting and emergency lighting.
• HVAC and building services.
• Pumps, motors, AHUs and FCUs.

Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role in a prestigious commercial environment?

We’re currently recruiting for an M&E Engineer with a slight electrical bias to join an established facilities team working on a high-profile financial services site in Liverpool Street.

You’ll be joining a team of around 4–5 engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the tenant side of the building.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Engineer with a slight electrical bias and a strong commercial facilities background.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous commercial FM / building services experience
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Good mechanical maintenance knowledge
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• A professional and reliable approach
