Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance of building services clients.
• Identify opportunities to maximise the potential of each contract and ensure contract retention.
• Liaise with clients, resolve queries, and attend monthly contract review meetings to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure due-diligence of all sub-contractors meets technical and health & safety standards.
• Schedule and plan mechanical/electrical maintenance according to contractual agreements.
