Job summary

Smart Managed Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee M&E maintenance across multiple blue-chip contracts within the Mobile Portfolio. You will ensure asset operation, regulatory compliance, and proper record-keeping of all activities.

Lead a diverse team of engineers, manage PPM schedules and reactive works, and deliver energy reports while maintaining high standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised industry qualification in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, generators, electrical services, HV & AC and water systems treatment is advantageous.
• IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and financial accountability across the contract.
• Lead a diverse engineering team across multiple skills sets.
• Monitor and control PPM and reactive statistics and produce reports.
• Produce monthly reports and minutes with actions closed out.
• Oversee statutory certification and ensure documents are available on request.
• Ensure staffing levels balance cost and service excellence; manage workload peaks.
