Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting for an M&E Bartender at The Londoner, a luxury 5-star property. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages at events, set up and maintain event bars to the highest standards, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You should have previous bartending experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of cocktails and premium beverages, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in luxury hotel, events venue, or high-volume hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at events and functions.
• Set up and maintain event bars to the highest presentation and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Ensure accurate stock control and replenishment throughout events.
• Follow all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
• Process beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations team to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
• Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department when required.
