The Londoner is recruiting a Head Bartender to lead our Meetings and Events Operations Team, delivering a premium beverage experience at a renowned central London hotel.

We seek a leader with deep beverage knowledge, a track record of achieving targets, and the ability to coach and motivate a skilled bar team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Overview

• An Amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as M&E Head Bartender.
• The role of Head Bartender will be responsible for ensuring bar operation at The Londoner is offering a high-level premium beverage experience.
• As Head Bartender your role will involve directing the bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
• The role of Head Bartender will also involve Implementing new service level strategies where necessary alongside the management team.

About You

• Current in depth beverage knowledge, including, cocktails, fine wines and champagnes.
• Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
