Job summary

The Londoner is seeking a skilled M&E Bartender for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel in London. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages at events, and maintain event bars to the highest standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Join the Meetings & Events team to ensure seamless service, stock control, and compliance with licensing and safety in a fast-paced, luxury setting in Leicester Square.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience within a luxury hotel, events venue, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
