Job summary

The Londoner in London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the Meetings and Events Operations Team. You will oversee bar operations to deliver a premium beverage experience and drive guest and staff satisfaction with a cohesive leadership approach.

Ideally you bring in-depth beverage knowledge across cocktails, wines and champagnes, strong leadership skills, and a track record of achieving targets with meticulous attention to detail. The role supports development within a premier hotel group.

Qualifications

• In-depth beverage knowledge including cocktails, fine wines and champagnes.
• Proven leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Track record of achieving departmental targets with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct bar operations to deliver a high-level premium beverage experience.
• Lead the bar operations team to ensure guest and staff satisfaction in a cohesive environment.
• Implement new service level strategies alongside the management team.
• Exceed guest expectations by seeking feedback and evaluating service quality.
• Maintain and share extensive knowledge of drinks to ensure excellence across shifts.
