Job summary

Deloitte is looking for graduates to join Transaction Services on a three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme. You’ll start in Transaction Services, and gain exposure across different M&A areas, building a broad understanding of the business and developing key deal advisory skills.

You will complete the ACA qualification via the accelerated pathway and benefit from a comprehensive induction, mentoring, and ongoing professional development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline, graduated by September 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.
• Graduate in Autumn 2027 intake.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office/home setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the target business and its drivers from information memoranda, business plans and public sources.
• Review and evaluate important data projections and report on key issues identified.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and practice development activities.
