Jefferies is seeking an Analyst to support the M&A and Financial Sponsors teams in EMEA, working closely with the Business Manager to drive analytical, reporting and strategic initiatives. You will help manage the team’s coverage infrastructure, participate in MARC submissions, and contribute to strategic projects and automation efforts from London.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting FP&A or COO-style functions within financial services is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• M&A reporting and business management.
• Produce weekly Monday Morning M&A pack with pipeline/backlog summaries and买side opportunities.
• Track deal pipeline and backlog; reconcile with finance reporting.
• Coordinate MARC submissions and reporting, including for APAC.
• Run monthly/quarterly pipeline data, league table monitoring, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare periodic business performance presentations for senior management.
