Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of investment banking experience, preferably in an M&A team at a top-tier bank or advisory firm.
• Strong technical skills with advanced financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams across live transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Execute M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates, advisory, and defence.
• Lead preparation of financial models (DCF, LBO, comps) and valuation analyses.
• Develop and review client materials: pitch books, IMs, presentations, and board materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms, advisors, and client interactions.
• Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development.
• Supervise Analysts, ensuring deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Stay updated on market developments, sector trends, and comparable transactions.
