Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks an Analyst for the Leveraged Finance Middle Market team to assess optimal capital structures across debt instruments. You will coordinate deal activity with internal and external parties, including industry coverage, corporate banking, credit, legal and client teams.

You will contribute to due diligence, market research, and the preparation of materials for client meetings and investor talks while collaborating with senior bankers in a global investment bank.

• Prepare investor marketing materials and arrange investor meetings.
• Conduct extensive due diligence on companies.
• Conduct industry and product research and comparable analysis.
