AFH Financial Group is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Project Manager to oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses across the group, ensuring alignment with strategy and culture. You will work with clients, advisers and colleagues to integrate high-performing businesses and drive strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage detailed integration plans, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement to deliver

• Experience with project metrics reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across stakeholders to integrate acquired businesses and align with culture and values.
• Create, manage and execute detailed integration plans across the full integration process.
• Gather information and data from acquired businesses and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure seamless transitions.
• Develop playbooks and processes tailored to each acquisition.
• Identify stakeholders and build an engagement strategy including resistance management.
• Support communications aligned with the project business case.
• Align changes to ways of working across business areas.
• Identify and analyse risks and implement mitigation tactics.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into Business As Usual.

Contract type:Permanent, hybrid working

Working hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

The purpose of theM&A Integration Project Manager is tooversee the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to achieve AFH's vision and strategic goals. As a key member of the integration team, you will work collaboratively across clients, advisers and colleagues to integrate high performing businesses, aligning them with our strategic goals.

As aM&A Integration Project Manager your responsiblitiesare to:

• Collaborating across business stakeholders to integrate acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our culture and values
• Create, manage and execute detailed integration plans, with oversight of the whole integration process
• Work closely with the acquired business and internal stakeholders to gather information and data
• Undertake due diligence to ensure seamless transition
• Develop processes and playbook, ensuring they are tailored to each acquisition
• Work closely with the acquired business and internal stakeholders to gather information and data
• Identify, segment and analyse critical stakeholders and groups to build an effective stakeholder engagement strategy and plan, including an approach for potential stakeholder resistance
• Inform and support communications throughout the integration, ensuring alignment with the project business case
• Align changes to ways of working resulting from integrations across different business areas and audience groups as required
• Identify and analyse risks and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Ensure projects have an effective transition into Business As Usual

What we are looking for in our ideal M&A Integration Project Manager:

• Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on integrations/change management
• Experience with project metrics reporting and dashboards
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge in a constructive and effective manner
• A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
• Ability to work with and motivate a variety of stakeholders to deliver successful projects and initiatives Great organisational, project, and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management, statistics, analytics. Knowledge of models and forecasting.
