Job summary

Lanpro is seeking an experienced PMO Integration & Transformation Manager to lead the programme management discipline for mergers, acquisitions and post‑deal integration across the group. You will govern multi‑functional workstreams, build the master integration plan with clear ownership, milestones and dependencies, and report progress to senior leaders.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will drive Day 1 to Day 100 integration activities, manage risks and ensure value capture while

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading PMO, transformation and complex change delivery.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and post‑deal integration.
• Strong governance, dependency, risk/issue management and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run integration management for Group Mergers and Acquisitions with governance, cadence and forums.
• Build master integration plan with clear ownership, milestones, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Sales and Health & Safety.
• Drive Day 1–Day 100 integration planning and longer-term readiness across people, processes, systems and communications.
• Track delivery against objectives, synergy targets and budgets.
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and escalate to senior stakeholders.
• Support due diligence and pre-close planning for integration requirements.
