Job summary

Lanpro is seeking an experienced PMO Integration & Transformation Manager to lead the programme management discipline for mergers, acquisitions and post-deal integration. You will ensure governance, structured delivery and clear reporting across functions to realise deal value and protect business continuity.

You will manage Day 1–Day 100 integration milestones, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and partner with senior leaders to drive change and adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme management and PMO leadership.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or major organisational change is desirable.
• Strong governance, dependency, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the Integration Management for Group Mergers and Acquisition transactions, including governance, cadence, reporting and decision forums.
• Build and maintain the master integration plan with clear ownership and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, legal, operations, sales, marketing and Health & Safety.
• Drive Day 1, 30 and 100 integration planning and ensure readiness across people, processes and systems.
• Track delivery against strategic objectives, budgets and benefits; manage risks and dependencies.
