Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a senior M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner based in the United Kingdom. You will guide technology due diligence, assess risks, and develop realistic Day 1 readiness and long-term value plans for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

You will work with investment teams, operating partners, and senior technology executives in fast-paced deals, translating complex tech into clear investment and execution decisions while traveling

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of technology experience across strategy, operations, transformation or delivery.
• Proven track record leading integrations, separations, or carve-outs with pre-close planning.
• Broad knowledge of applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and IT services.
• Strong judgment to challenge senior leaders and make practical decisions.
• Experience developing Day 1 readiness plans and TSA strategies.
• Commercial and financial fluency to estimate costs and synergies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence with deal teams and target leadership.
• Evaluate technology environments including apps, infra, cloud, security and data.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational constraints affecting value.
• Model financial impact of integration, separation, or standalone tech options.
• Review TSAs and define Day 1 readiness requirements and milestones.
• Define target operating models and governance for technology delivery.
• Lead post-close execution and interim technology leadership as needed.
• Communicate findings clearly to investment committees and boards.
