Job summary

Dune Advisors, a boutique management consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end M&A transformation engagements from carve-outs to divestments. You will manage plans, teams and client expectations with a focus on delivery excellence.

Based in London, you will work from the office three days per week, travel as needed across London, the UK and Europe, and help build the firm’s Transactions practice through senior stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience in transactions, transformation or advisory.
• Deep hands-on experience leading buy-side and sell-side carve-outs, separations and divestments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex carve-out, integration, separation and divestment engagements from assessment through to implementation.
• Oversee Day One readiness and TSA management with stakeholder engagement.
• Guide cross-functional teams; manage dependencies, risks and client expectations.
