Job summary

Crosslake Technologies is seeking an experienced technology operator to lead integrations, separations or carve-outs for private equity engagements. You will assess technology estates, define Day 1 requirements, and shape governance to deliver credible execution plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience, including enterprise tech strategy, operations, transformation or delivery.
• Hands-on accountability for multiple technology integrations, separations or carve-outs. At least one before close.
• Broad knowledge across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, identity, data, integrations, ITSM, vendors.
• Ability to challenge senior technology leaders and make practical decisions without being deepest specialist.
• Experience developing Day 1 plans, TSAs, operating models, roadmaps and execution plans.
• Commercial and financial fluency to estimate run-rate costs, synergies and key assumptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive-level clarity.
• Hands-on, self-directed approach with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence with an explicit integration or separation lens for PE deals.
• Assess the technology estate across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, vendors and ITSM.
• Define Day 1 requirements and TSA considerations for applications, infrastructure and identity.
• Shape interim/target technology operating models, governance and leadership needs.
• Translate diligence findings into executable technology plans with clear ownership and costs.
• Work in small senior teams and communicate with investment committees and boards.
• Support scoping and proposals with delivery insight while staying client-focused.
