Michael Page is seeking an Interim M&A Programme Manager for a Redditch-based assignment. You will organise and coordinate strategic and operational integration projects arising from acquisitions, leading on integration activities and ensuring synergies are captured as per the business case.

You will establish briefs for internal groups, provide status updates to management, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. This role requires experience in M&A and finance-focused project delivery.

Formación

• Experience of M&A and project management within a Finance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
• Operational experience across finance, operations, technical, CI is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

Description

• Develop integration project plans and support integration teams and the newly acquired business to ensure that synergies are realised in line with the business case.
• Establishes and provides briefings to internal working groups for integration activities post-deal.
• Provides summaries of activities vs plan and updates as requested by management.
• Supports communication to key stakeholders regarding project/ program key milestones.
• Identifies and deals with risks or concerns as they arise. Proposes solutions to any issues identified.
• Holds regular meetings with key stakeholder groups to keep plans on track and hold them accountable.
• Manages other projects as required.

Profile

Experience of M&A, project management within a Finance environment

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a matrix working environment

Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills

Operational experience across a range of areas (finance, operations, technical, engineering, CI)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience of working on acquisition integration projects is preferable.

Job Offer

• Temporary M&A Integration assignment based in Redditch.
• Daily rate of £650 to £750 per day
• Work within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
