Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Interim M&A Programme Manager for a Redditch-based assignment. You will organise and coordinate strategic and operational integration projects arising from acquisitions, leading on integration activities and ensuring synergies are captured as per the business case.

You will establish briefs for internal groups, provide status updates to management, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. This role requires experience in M&A and finance-focused project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of M&A and project management within a Finance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
• Operational experience across finance, operations, technical, CI is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration project plans and support integration teams with newly acquired businesses to realise synergies in line with the business case.
• Establishes and briefs internal working groups for integration activities post-deal.
• Provides summaries of activities vs plan and updates to management.
• Supports communication to key stakeholders regarding project milestones.
• Identifies and mitigates risks; proposes solutions to issues.
• Holds regular meetings with key stakeholder groups to keep plans on track and accountable.
• Manages other projects as required.
