Qualifications

• ACA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, or knowledge of private equity, consumer and business services industries.
• High level report writing and reviewing skills with attention to detail and risk management.
• Exceptional academic background or equivalent experience.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience of operating with senior level stakeholders.
• Interest in the Private Equity, Consumer and Business Services Industry.
• Fluency in a major European foreign language is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Strong client focus and commitment to high quality service.

Responsabilités

• Quickly develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers.
• Interpret information memoranda, business plans and publicly available information.
• Review and analyse historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
• Assess projections and underlying assumptions.
• Review adequacy of working capital facilities, financing limits and covenants.
• Evaluate potential synergies and risks for the client.
• Report key issues identified during due diligence.
• Review sale and purchase agreements and related findings.
• Assess financial structures and credit agreements.
• Collaborate effectively in diverse, inclusive teams.
