Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence and broader transaction advisory engagements.
• Advise private equity firms, corporates, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Develop senior client relationships across UK and European markets.
• Identify opportunities and position the firm early in the deal cycle.
• Contribute to growth, market profile and strategic direction of the practice.
• Lead proposals, pitches and senior-level client discussions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams through complex assignments.
