Job summary

iMultiply is seeking a Transaction Service Senior Manager in the UK to lead detailed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients. You will oversee delivery of high-quality reports and work directly with clients and internal teams. You’ll also develop new business opportunities and mentor junior staff.

The role demands strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle complex transactions confidently, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Hold ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience leading buy-side or sell-side transaction projects.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence engagements in buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Oversee team activities, review key deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide insights on financial performance and risks for M&A deals.
• Support business development, including client pitches and proposal writing.
• Coach and develop junior team members to promote team success.
