Job summary

Dickson O&Brien Associates in London is recruiting a Transaction Services Executive to support financial due diligence assignments for corporate, PE and investment clients. You will analyse earnings quality, net debt and working capital, review historical and forecast performance, and identify risks and opportunities.

The role requires strong analytical and financial skills, excellent Excel capability, and effective communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Audit or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, or be working towards qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments.
• Analysing financial information, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital.
• Reviewing historical and forecast financial performance.
• Identifying key financial risks, trends and commercial opportunities.
• Assisting with the preparation of clear and commercially focused due diligence reports.
• Working closely with Managers and Senior team members throughout assignments.
• Liaising with clients and other advisers as part of the transaction process.
• Managing your own areas of work and delivering to agreed deadlines.
• Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
