Job summary

EY-Parthenon UK is seeking a Senior Executive in Operational Due Diligence to help drive value through strategic insights, due diligence and integration planning. You will work with senior client stakeholders across sectors, leading aspects of engagements and helping shape client outcomes.

You will contribute to business origination, present pitches, and support practice development while mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Must have professional services/consulting experience.
• Experience in due diligence, carve-out or integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to link operational analysis to financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business origination, including pitches and client presentations.
• Advise clients across sectors and support decision making for value creation.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and mentoring of junior team members.
• Lead blended project teams and manage engagements, including vendor coordination.
