A technology communications firm is seeking a Corporate Development Lead who will be responsible for driving the M&A pipeline and acquisition activities. This hands-on role requires 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, along with strong written communication skills. The candidate will liaise with founders and advisors, assess business fits, and coordinate the deal process. Familiarity with the contact-centre and B2B SaaS ecosystem is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or similar deal environment.
• Experience in M&A transactions from evaluation to close.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Take first calls with founders, advisors and bankers to understand the business.
• Summarise conversations and market positioning into notes.
• Build and maintain M&A pipeline tracking.
• Draft IC memos and investment rationale summaries.
• Coordinate the end-to-end deal process.
