Qualifications

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience in corporate transactions and M&A.
• Excellent drafting and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Join a thriving corporate practice with a strong and consistent workflow.
• Handle a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A and transactional work.
• Work closely with senior lawyers while taking meaningful responsibility for your own matters and clients.
• Gain excellent exposure to leadership-level individuals and sophisticated clients within the education sector.
• Advise early years providers, independent schools and organisations across the wider education ecosystem.
• Work on interesting, fast-paced and often high-profile transactions where your advice can have a tangible impact.
• Enjoy genuine client contact and the opportunity to develop long-term trusted adviser relationships.
• Benefit from a high degree of autonomy without unnecessary micro-management.
