The role involves handling corporate work with a public sector focus, advising high-profile clients on complex transactions, and participating in national and international M&A, governance matters, and restructures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE, with experience in corporate law, ideally within the public sector.
• Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions and advisory work.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work well in a team while also taking initiative on individual projects.
• A proactive attitude towards business development and client engagement.

This highly respected firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving corporate team in Birmingham. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with flexible working options, including part-time (4 days a week) and hybrid working as standard.
