BCL Legal is assisting a leading national law firm in recruiting an Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Birmingham. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work on high-quality property matters for investors, developers, occupiers and lenders.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in England & Wales.
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and landlord/tenant work.
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and development property matters.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development land.
• Manage landlord and tenant work, including leases and renewals.
• Support development projects with development agreements and infrastructure documents.
• Undertake title checks and due diligence, and prepare title reports.
• Assist with real estate finance transactions and related corporate work.
• Supervise junior colleagues on property portfolio matters and mentor others.
• Collaborate with partners to develop client relationships and the Birmingham practice.
