Leading International Firm in Birmingham seeks a Senior or Principal Corporate Associate (4 PQE+) to join its top-tier corporate team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and a broad mix of high-value mandates, including M&A, private equity, ECM, and cross-border restructurings.

You will advise on diverse corporate matters, work with a 70+ lawyer team, and have opportunities to lead on transactions and develop client relationships.

Formación

• At least 4 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally in a well-regarded firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
• Excellent drafting and commercial skills.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with client-facing responsibilities.
• Interest in developing long-term relationships and contributing to business growth.

Corporate Senior or Principal Associate (4 PQE+) | Leading International Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid

A top-ranked international law firm is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working and flexible arrangements available as standard.

The Role

• Advise on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, ECM, and group restructurings.


• Work closely with a well-established, collaborative team of 70+ corporate lawyers nationally, including five equity partners based in Birmingham.


• Act for a wide variety of major UK and international clients, many of whom are involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.


• Take a key role in client relationship management and business development, with the opportunity to lead on transactions and develop your profile internally and externally.
