Job summary

Interpath is an international advisory firm providing deal, advisory and restructuring capabilities. The Manager in our M&A Advisory team will lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff across high-profile deals with enterprise values from 20m to 200m.

You will conduct detailed financial analyses, develop client-ready models, and craft compelling presentations to support strategy and execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in M&A advisory or related field.
• Professional qualifications ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record managing M&A transactions end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A transactions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and build models to support transaction decisions.
• Develop high-quality presentations and marketing materials to communicate transaction strategies effectively.
• Be the primary contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, nurturing relationships for repeat business.
• Drive initiatives for business development, identifying new clients and opportunities within designated sectors.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed advice to clients.
