Interpath is seeking an Associate Director in our M&A Advisory team in Manchester to lead transaction execution and client relationships. You will guide deals from inception to completion, build sophisticated financial models, and develop compelling client materials.

Qualifications

• M&A advisory experience in deal execution and advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience building client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and build detailed financial models.
• Develop high-quality client presentations and transaction materials.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Drive business development and identify new client opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on deals and processes.
• Stay informed on market trends to advise clients effectively.
