Job summary

Interpath is seeking an Associate Director to lead and manage M&A transactions, advise clients on complex deal structures, and mentor junior team members. You will engage in financial analysis, modelling, and the creation of marketing materials to support transaction strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully managing M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

As an Associate Director in our M&A Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in driving transaction execution, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or related fields.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading project teams.
