Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Engineer with LV switchgear experience in St Albans to join a leading LV switchgear manufacturer. You will control projects from contract receipt to installation and commissioning and act as the technical and commercial lead.

The role requires designing electrical control schematics, liaising with clients, draughting engineers and the production team, and attending site meetings.

Qualifications

• Project Engineer with a background in LV Switchgear.
• Designing electrical control schematics.
• AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of MV Switchgear preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controlling projects from receipt of contract to installation and commissioning.
• Be the go-to for all technical and commercial aspects within the project.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, draughting engineers and production team.
