Job summary

Lawson Fuses is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering installation, maintenance, and product support for LV and HV assets across the UK. The role balances home-based work with site visits and office presence, operating within a flexible weekly schedule and agile PMO support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects and programmes across LV/HV services.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of LV/HV services for UK clients, supporting the order book through to programme completion.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Maintain open lines of communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling, site work, logistics, and handovers from sales to delivery.
• Support out-of-hours fault calls and weekend phone support as required.
• Mentor engineers and support staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
